What Does Real Success Mean?

The world is full of many motivational speakers that lead people to have success in their lives. We are often judged by others in our occupation, family life, education, and career based off of being successful or not. Don't we all look up to someone as a role model due to the successes that they have had in their lives? But what does it really mean to be Successful? What is Success?
Well the world says that Success is when you achieve what you set out to do. When you can find recognition in your activities and then you find prosperity in your life. These attributes all look like the definition of a successful person but in reality they are all "by products" of success. They are not True Success.
It is said that success is measured by the results of the hard work that you do. Sometimes people say that success happened due to being in the right place at the right time or that because of being determined and talented, success was had. Once again, it looks all great but it is not the Essence of success.
Here is the Secret:
You can not become Successful, you can only BE it.
Conventional success is focused only on the outcome of what you do. So this is looking to the future and leaving the present. The crazy world will tell you that success is anything other than a successful moment. But in reality, success can only be had one moment at a time. Well the question should rise,
What is a successful moment?
A Successful moment is when you do something with the highest quality possible even when performing the simplest tasks. This would include doing the dishes, drinking a cup of tea, doing exercise, washing your body, and even changing your oil. Success is based off of the quality of your actions.
What is Quality then?
When you do an action with the highest quality, you need to do it with your fullest attention and the maximum care possible. We are able to apply this when we are fully aware. So Quality requires us to stay present.
Here is an example to help understand what I am talking about. Say I created an e-book that took me 12 months to create. When the book came out I made 1 million dollars. Would you say that I was successful? Most people would. Now let me fill in some of the details.
Over the year that the book was made I worked 12 hours a day on it and stayed very focused on making it a hit seller. I told my wife to leave me alone while I am working on this project because it will help us in our future financially. I ate only one meal a day and throughout the day, ate junk food and drank coffee to keep me awake. I found it hard to stay focused so I decided to take medication. I could not exercise because I had no time and I was not able to go to my grandparents funeral because the book was not done yet. When the book was finished I was 40 pounds over weight, my wife left me, became addicted to the medication, and missed my grandparents funeral.
Do you know what the book was about? -
New ways to quickly level rainforests to make way for the next industrial revolution.
Now the book made money but I destroyed my personal life, my body, broke communication with my family, am now teaching others how to destroy the earth, and missed out on all the moments of the past year because I was focused on having a worldly successful future.
Success? I think not. Sounds like a nightmare but the worldly success would justify the means of getting a number one seller e-book. But in reality you have this moment only and it deserves your full attention. Your future is built on the quality of the moments you have now, so the "now" must be the primary in your life. What is secondary in your life is where you are heading or where you would like to go. It is OK to make plans and have goals, but they must not override what you are doing right now. They must not diminish the quality of this moment that we are in, other wise it can never be a success.
When doing becomes infused with the timeless quality of being, you are then successful.
It is time to stop thinking of the future and start living a quality present, start living a successful life.

Tips for Overcoming a Fear

We all have things we are afraid of. No one will blame you for being fearful. Just don't let that fear immobilize you. No matter what, keep moving.
Fear is much like quicksand - it pulls at our feet and if we stand still long enough, it will suck us down. Very hard to get out of, but possible.
Here are several tips for dealing with fear:
1. Always consider the source. Why do you have this fear? Where did it come from? Have you been dwelling on the negative instead of the positive? Have you been listening to others around you that are dragging you down and feeding you negative talk? If so, you must get away from them quickly. You can't hang around negative people and expect to stay positive.
2. Make a list of the things you HAVE accomplished. Maybe you are taking baby steps in an area to accomplish a bigger goal. No need to be discouraged or fearful there. Celebrate each and every single baby step that gets accomplished. By looking positively at all you have been already able to accomplish, this empowers you to believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
3. Look at what your talents, skills, and abilities are. Fear will tells us that we "don't have what it takes." Don't give in to this lie. You've already made a list of all the things you've accomplished. Take it one step further and define what you are good at. What God-given talents and abilities do you have that you love and enjoy? You are good at something. Express that talent. Share it. People need it more than you know.
4. Pray. Prayer is powerful! God does care and will help you fight your fears. Call out to Him for help. Instead of asking Him to take the fear away, ask Him to help you conquer it so it will never bother you again!
5. Let it go. Don't squish down your fear and hang on to it. You don't need it. Once you have conquered it, it will have no power over you. Some people just stuff anger down and don't deal with it. Don't do the same thing with fear. Get it out in the open and deal with it. You'll feel so free when it's over!
Remember this: Fear is only a false perception of something trying to make you believe in it. Once the fear is exposed and dealt with it has no power over you and you will be released!

5 Simple Relaxation Tips

We all go through times in our day, our week and month, where you wish you could just relax for a bit.. 15 or even 10 minutes would be appreciated.
Just in case you didn't already know, (but I am sure you do), relaxation helps your body re-energize, the problem usually is you are so caught up in the moment and busy with your 'routine' that you just do not have, or forget to take, the time to unwind.
Well, lucky for you, you are reading this, for there are simple ways to chill, easy ways to relax, even during your busiest days.  These simple and easy ways do not even require a lot of time or equipment (cause who wants to lug around equipment right?)
Okay so here are you 5 Simple and Easy Relaxation Tips:
  • For Those Time at Work: Trust me when I say I know it hard to find time to relax at work. Heck, sometimes you risk getting into trouble if you are spotted "relaxing." Oh the horror! None the less, here are some techniques you can do while you are at work that will help create a sense of calm and will not be too to others.
    • If your job requires you to sit at a computer all day, make sure you get up and move around for a few minutes every hour. This helps circulate the blood throughout your body. Just moving the blood flow will make you feel more alert and focused.  When I do this I also add in some arm movements, snapping fingers to music anything to get that blood flowing.
    • While sitting at your desk, roll your head around, from side to side and from front to back with your eyes closed. This technique helps to relieve neck tension, increasing blood flow to your brain, which is a natural and easy way to relax.  Also roll your shoulders forward a few times then backwards a few times again driving that tension out of your neck.
    • If you are on your feet all day, stretch out your back and sides by standing with your feet firm on the floor, shoulder width apart, and twist your upper body, including your head, slowly from side to side. This will loosen up your back muscles and spine, releasing tension throughout your body. A great tip here is to stretch slowly the first time with your hand out so you can see how far around you stretched.  Now close your eyes and visualize yourself going a little bit further.  Then, open your eyes and repeat the stretch, you will be surprised to find that you actually to do a bit further.
    • During a break or lunchtime, go for a walk. Walking is a great way to clear your mind and your body will benefit from the extra exercise as well.  This also gets the blood flowing like I mentioned a little earlier.  I like to do this with an music, I find it quickens my pace, enhancing the value of the walk.
  • While shopping: Rather than focusing on the negative because you think there are not enough cashiers all the lines are 5+ people deep, each with carts loaded full of things to buy, use the time to relax your body by taking some deep breaths.
    • Deep breathing helps increase the oxygen in your blood. Your blood then circulates that extra oxygen throughout your body helping your inner systems recharge.
    • Taking five slow deep breaths will do the trick. The proper technique is to inhale and exhale deeply through your nose and out your mouth.
    • Not only will deep breathing help you relax, it'll help to clear your mind, reduce brain fog, and you'll feel much more alert and ready to tackle the next project on your plate.
    • Deep breathing can be done anywhere when you're feeling stressed or just want to clear your mind.
    • I also like to add in counting the breath in then counting the breath out.  By tapping my thumb on each of my fingers - while inhaling: 1 (tapping pinky), 2 (tapping ring finger), 3 (tapping middle finger), 4 (tapping index finger) then exhale while counting 1 (tapping index finger), 2 (tapping middle finger), 3 (tapping ring finger), 4 (tapping pinky) repeat.  This helps you elongate your breath and changes your focus from the outside world to your fingers.
  • While rushing all through you day: Pause to take a few moments and daydream let yourself escape the hectic shackles of reality - dream like child on the night before Christmas (or your birthday or whatever day your inner child would dream the biggest).
    • Daydreaming set your imagination free, letting flow, causing instant relief from the inner stress of the 'real' world.
    • Think of a place or experience that makes you feel happy or calm. Imagine how it smells, how the air feels, and who's around.  Do not take this one lightly, our minds treat our strong mental images as if they were real - so really let your mind build that picture for you... really feel the warm breath of the air causing your shirt to ripple and hair to wave, smell the aromas around you whether they be cookies mama is making or the ocean as the waves are crashing.
    • You will find that after about five minutes of a soothing daydream you will feel relaxed, reenergized and even ready to face the real world again with a much better attitude and outlook towards it.
  • For EVERYWHERE, smile: Smiling is proven to help you relax and rejuvenate your body.
    • When you're out and about, smile at others around you. Now I do not mean crazy stalker smile, but a comfortable polite and warm smile.
    • When you are at work, smile at your co-workers. Not only will it help you relax, it will help relax them as well.
    • Smile at your children when you're toting them around to all their different activities. This will create a peaceful environment you will all enjoy.  You will find when you sincerely smile at them they will smile back.  What more relaxing heart-warming thing can you image then to have a child smiling up at you?
  • For When it is Going Really Tough, laugh: This is the next step up from a smile (obviously)  Laughter as well has been proven to be an instant stress reliever. Now I am pretty sure you would not want to be seen as a nut case (like the stalker smile in noted above), so laughing out loud when you're in line at the store or sitting at your desk may not be the best time. But hey who am I to judge, I do both of those and am usually able to pull it off, but... When you can, get someone involved in your laughter with you.
    • Tell a funny joke or story to a co-worker (an appropriately funny joke/story at an appropriate time, of course).
    • Play a fun game or sing a silly song with your kids as you're driving.  My daughter and I have become quite skilled at changing lyrics of songs on the radio to make ourselves giggle and those giggle warm the heart and relax the body.
    • Watch funny videos on YouTube or any number of other funny video sites.  One rather stressful weekend at my house was quickly relieved by a few minutes of funny animal videos, the few minutes turn into about an hour and we were all tearing up from laughing so hard.
Using these easy and yes simple, relaxation techniques will help you sustain a level of calm and strengthen you throughout your day. It will also make it easier for you to unwind when you get home. Your friends, co-workers, and family will all appreciate the new, the improved and far more relaxed you!

Proof That God Is Real

According to the ideology of what makes something scientifically proven, "organized physical evidence" proves the existence of that which is not seen. For instance; Nobody has ever seen a dinosaur but yet scientists agree that bones and fossils prove that they existed. Bones and fossils are tangible organized physical evidence. Based on this school of thought the existence of GOD is more real than the existence of dinosaurs. Think about this. Lets say there was a gigantic explosion in a forest. Afterwards you walked through that forest and found a house. You've lived in that area for years and never notice a house there before that explosion. Would you then assume that somehow that explosion caused that house to be built by violently causing materials to be lodged into the air? The nails accidentally fell through the wood and landed in the perfect spot? The cement mixed with the right elements and accidentally took on the perfect shape? Of course not! You would obviously think that something so perfectly intelligently organized had to be made by some intelligent being. Its the scientific rule of organized physical evidence. The constructural organization of such a finding scientifically proves that some intelligent being existed before and during the building of that house. It would have been mathematically impossible for that house to have been built through an explosion by accident. Based on this scientific school of thought lets look at some undisputable facts that prove GOD is real:
  • Look at molecules. If molecules were made by accident then why are the different groups uniformly the same and operate as one concise entity? For instance; oxygen molecules(O2) are colorless, tastless, and odorless. If they were not colorless it would distort sight. If they were not tasteless it would disrupt taste in our mouths because the mouth is constantly filled with oxygen. If they were not odorless it would interrupt with our sense of smell. Oxygen is perfectly designed to sustain all life on earth. Oxygen molecules on earth usually exists in the form of O2, but also exist as O3, ozone, mostly in the atmosphere but also exist on the surface in smog. O3 helps protect the earth from harmful UV rays from the sun. If it were not for O3 plant life would be destoyed and humans would suffer major health problems. How could a molecule so perfectly intelligently designed to sustain life on earth be constructed by accident? (Think about the house in the forest)

  • Take a look at the sun's relationship with the earth. The sun is 30,000 times larger than the earth. One million earths could fit inside the sun. And yet still the sun is only a very small object in the universe. There are stars more than 4000 times larger than our sun!!! The sun happens to be at the perfect size to sustain life. The sun's temperature, color, and diameter are determined by it's mass. Bigger stars are much hotter and bluer than our whitish-yellow sun. Smaller stars are much cooler and redder. If the sun suddenly got too big or too small it would interrupt galactal gravitation, drastically alter temperature, and disrupt equilibrium in our solar system. Now look at the sun's distance from earth. The sun is 93,000,000 miles away from the earth. If the sun were too close we would all surely die. If the sun were too far we would also perish because its the sun's gravitational pull that keeps the earth from falling down into space. The sun and earth are at the perfect mathematical distance! Just look at the fact that the earth's gravity pulls away from the sun while at the same time the sun's gravity pulls the earth towards itself. This gravitation combination is so mathematically perfect that it keeps the earth in line with the sun and visa versa. Now take a good look at the sun's temperature. The surface, or photoshere, of the sun is approximately 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit (5,500 degrees Celsius). It is believed that the sun's core is 27,000,000 degrees Fahrenheit. If the sun's core were to suddenly increase another million degrees the surface of the earth would become much warmer causing the glaciers to melt, and the oceans dissolved carbon dioxide would be added to the atmosphere due to increased evaporation, and there would be a drastic increase in life threatening health problems amongst humans, animals, and marine life. The sun is at the perfect distance from earth, has the perfect size, the perfect temperature, and sustains the perfect gravitational combination with earth. How could a relationship so perfectly, intelligently, and beautifully designed to sustain life be constructed by accident? (Think about the house in the forest)

  • Take a look at the size of the universe in relation to every thing that exist in it. This is a remarkable relationship! The universe has no end. It goes on forever in every direction. It is believed by many scientists that the universe is constantly growing. Just like trees can produce trees of its own kind, and animals can produce its own kind, some believe that space is self producing everywhere in the universe simultaneously. Wow!!! Science has also estimated that there are more than 100 billion galaxies. It is believed by some that they appear to be moving at incredible speeds as a result of the universe constantly growing. Some even believe that the constant growth of the universe has something to do with the creation of gravity. While universal growth is occurring everywhere so is gravity! Gravity gives shape to the orbits of the planets, the solar system, and the galaxies. Gravity from the sun extends throughout and beyond the solar system, keeping the planets in their orbits. Gravity from the earth keeps the moon in orbit. Constant production of Gravity and growth of the universe are holding all the planets and stars in place. How could something so perfectly, intelligently, and beautifully designed to sustain and encompass all physical existence be constructed by accident??? The clever design of the universe is above and beyond proof that GOD is real!!!
